Claydon Associates are currently constructing 27 units of staff housing for Ashridge Management College under my supervision. The £1.3 million contract is 60% complete and on programme. Quality standards are high, the project being set in the Arboretum of the Grade 1 listed Ashridge House and they are coping well with the many operational constraints placed on the site by my clients and by the planning authorities.
